IONSTORM 200
The ION STORM 200 chill roll tacking system uses the principle of electrostatic attraction. By charging the substrate with negative ions, the web is literally pushed onto the chill
roll surface creating complete contact.
 This results in better heat transfer, higher web speeds, consistent product quality and
the elimination of condensation build-up on the chill roll. The electrostatic charge is temporary and does not effect subsequent production processes.
Optional discharging bars for neutralization are available.
